Don't plan your travel!

In my opinion, never plan your travel. Let it just happen to you. This is the only way you'll feel the essence of exploring the world around. Imagine this...
'You get up one morning thinking of your chores for the day and suddenly your husband/friend/lover/family declare a trip the next day or may be in the next few hours!!! What a feeling! You just pack whatever is there, take a shower and are off!!'
The rush that accompanies the above mentioned experience is so darn thrilling. Its like living in the present, living for the present and living every moment! This is life. Live it don't just drag it. Give it a chance of taking you where it pleases without dominating it! Our routines have made all of us robots. Everything for us is a duty that we have to carry on day after day. Try bringing 'life' in your life. The best way to start doing that is travelling.
I am not asking you to go for luxurious trips every now and then. They are the ones that actually need planning. Go for short trips for like 2-3 days where ever possible. Just pack and leave. Once you start planning, it simply takes away the spirit of it all. With planning follow tensions, apprehensions and hell lot of burden. You start thinking about what to wear, what to take along, how to manage and what not!
For once, forget it all. Just move out. Things will get planned on their own. Enjoy the surroundings, enjoy your journey and feel life. Where ever you'll go, there are going to be plenty of hotels, motels or guest houses! You'll get a room any way if that's worrying you. Its in such trips that you come across things you never expected or experienced before! When you have nothing planned, you enjoy every second every moment.
I've made plenty of such trips and they have made me and my relationships stronger. They have brought me closer to the nature!
Check out my next blog, soon to come, about how to be prepared for such unplanned yet memorable trips!
